HERE’S HOW IT’S GOING TO GO DOWN:

Stake your claim.

Pick your favourite from our collection and purchase your kit through our secure SendOwl page. Make sure the email address you purchased with is correct.

02/

Make it unique.

Fill out the customization form with information related to your brand. We will be in touch with you to confirm your order, clear out any clarifications and give you your delivery details.

03/

Get your
first look.

Within 2 business days, you will receive the initial proof of your design with your first look at the fresh branding. You can suggest your feedback for 1 round of revisions during this stage.

04/

Time to launch!

Once your design is approved, you will receive all your branding files, materials and mentioned templates through a drive link within 7 business days. And then it’s time to go ahead, and put your launch images to use!!

In order to retain exclusivity, this semi-custom brand kit will only be sold 3 times.

Additional details to note:

  • Due to the digital nature of this product there are no refunds or exchanges.

  • Includes a single round of minor customizations, within limitatons.

  • Extra revisions will be charged $60 USD per hour and may extend the project’s turnaround time.

  • As a semi-custom product, this brand will not be completely custom and it can be selected by other businesses. In order to retain exclusivity, this will only be sold 3 times.

  • Mockups shown are not included in the kit. However, a curated collection of Unsplash photographs are included, which includes all the photography used in the previews.

  • Any templates included in the kit are fully editable Canva templates, with images included. However, the font files must be uploaded separately to Canva.

  • Canva Pro is recommended in order to upload custom fonts.

  • Customization options: brand name, brand tagline & established year.

  • The color palette is not customizable, and is an integral part of this kit. If you have a palette you’d like to infuse with the kit, email us at hello@bysecondsociety.com for a custom quote and timeline.

  • 1:1 support is not included after final files are delivered.

  • These designs are copyright Second Society and are not to be copied, resold, or used for profit.

  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Typography:

  • The cost of typography in this kit is around $20. Please note that working font files are not included in this kit, as our license only allows us to provide outlined fonts within the logo. The details regarding the selected fonts are provided for you with the most recommended purchasing option.

  • No. Our license only allows us to provide outlined fonts within the logo. The details regarding the selected fonts are provided for you with the most recommended purchasing option, and you will be able to upload your own fonts to the templates with Canva Pro.

  • The social media template is a fully-customizable Canva template. You can easily change the text, colors, and edit images any way you wish.

  • No, printing is not included. The kit includes the print ready files for you to share with your preferred printer and print whenever you want.

  • You will receive a file format for every occasion: PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG. You will also receive a file format guide so you know which format to use in which occasion.

  • Once the files are delivered to you, you will have the authority to use your logos across your social media, website, print collateral, packaging and anywhere you’d like. However, you are not allowed to sell or share any element of the design to another business. These are for your business only. For more details, read the terms and conditions here.

  • Unfortunately, we only have the option for one time payments for our store at the moment. We’re working on allowing payment plans, but in the meantime, feel free to reach out to us for a custom payment plan if you’re truly in need of one.
